Eat here all the time! Food is always awesome, service too!

My 90 year old Father's food was cold, and trying to get the wait staff's attention to get a satisfactory resolution was impossible. By the time our server showed up my Dad had decided to just take the food home and Nuke it.

I came in, was greeted by an employee with a smile, he had red hair, he sat me down in Raymond’s section. Ray was a very pleasant server, and he knew the menu and what he was talking about! I ordered the biscuit platter and it was like biting down on a piece of heaven. The biscuits were so soft and just everything was cooked to perfection! I can’t wait to come back to this bob evans!

Next time I'll remember not to come here at 6 at night. The hostess gena obviously couldn't be bothered enough to even acknowledge I was there, where she couldn't get her face out of her phone. And then after standing there 10 minutes someone finally asked if I was there for a pick up order, and then I got to wait 30 minutes to get my food that I ordered online. But the real kicker was my food was cold anyway the least it could've been was hot but sure I guess

Biscuits were so hard had to eat middle of them.Not sure what was wrong with sausage maybe warmed up in deep fryer from this morning.
