One of the iconic Cirebon local dishes. The highlight is the roasted chicken. Very well seasoned with the traditional javanese bumbu kuning . The spices dip into the meat, make it quite salty. They use a special chicken called Ayam Kampung, which make more delicate. Another star of the plate, however, is also the fried tempe (fermented soybean), although it fried the interior is still very soft. The thickness of the temptation is also generous. Not to mention the friend Onion and the Chili Paste is so good, it fits with the overall taste of the dishes. What I liked more during my dinning, I ordered 2 pieces of chicken and 2 try a drink and rice. It costs only 50k. Definitely will come back when I have the opportunity to come here.
You can request the Chiken up to your taste of oil dryness
Good sambal, this one more to the sweet side. Chicken a bit salty, but still good with the sambal and rice. It was weird that they didn't have tea when I visited. Also the fried shallots and lalap cosr extra, they should tell customers before serving them.
Really a good business, people come and go. Ordered 2 pieces of fried chicken, skewers and pepes, but got only 1 piece for the fried chicken others as ordered. Taste good.
