The Brasserie At Cotswold Water Park

Service was excellent from start to end and the tea was lovely. Setting and teaware used was lovely. And the grounds of the restaurant and hotel are lovely too.

Great location, spacious very pleasant rooms and plenty of facilities. The food options are varied but I preferred to find a local pub with a bit more atmosphere. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Very clean, spacious room with comfy bed, all the facilities we’d needed. We went there for one of my friend’s 40th I mentioned that after the booking and asked if possible to get a lake view room. They put a kind birthday note aswell in the room on our arrival which was very sweet. The staff from the staff at the bar&restaurant to the reception) was exceptional, kind and polite, went above and beyond the expectations to make us feel comfortable, any minor issues was resolved very professionally and on the spot. We had an extremely pleasant stay here and I will definitely go back with my partner for a spa weekend aswell we didn’t have time for the treatment with my friend this time) all in all was a great stay

Overall good. Staff very friendly and helpful. British receptionists more helpful than foreign. Very welcoming. Older lady at Breakfast was extremely kind to me and helpful.
