Subway - Citronelle

This restaurant only had a single slice of bread available, with no sandwiches, pizzas, or other items on the menu. The bathroom was also dirty. The female staff members said they were unable to resolve the issue and blamed the entire night shift for the lack of options.

The service at this restaurant was very poor. I arrived on a Tuesday night at 6:30 p.m., only to find all the chairs stacked up and the sign turned off. When the waitress finally appeared, she was rude and uninterested in serving me. I mentioned that I had a voucher for a buy one get one free sub (which was sent out in Citronelle, where I live and where this Subway is located), but she dismissed it and said they don't accept those vouchers. After waiting for a team member for 10 minutes in an empty restaurant, I understood why. It was clear they were not interested in business or customer satisfaction. I was surprised to see they were still in business after reading other reviews, but my family will never eat here again. What a disappointment.

The restaurant closes at a different time each night, and it always seems to be much earlier than the posted closing time. It's quite frustrating.

Would like it even better if they had roast beef I don't care for Subway anymore because you took the roast beef away don't think I'll eat there ever again

Worst salad ever, drowned it in dressing. Asked for double chicken, got I piece, not cut up as usual. No cutlery. Guess they could not put their cell phones down long enough to take care if customer. No worries Subway, deleted App and will shop elsewhere.
