Contribuisci feedbackThis issue isn’t just present when the restaurant is busy—it's easy to understand the need for focus when there's a line, but a simple acknowledgment for those waiting can make a significant difference. Today, the place was nearly empty, with only one other customer. I noticed two managers checking in an employee, sharing laughs and chatting, while a couple of other staff members were engaged in conversation. I'm sure they all saw us walk in, yet they chose to ignore us until one employee came from the back with pickup bags (thank you to that employee). When the restaurant is this quiet, there really is no excuse for this lack of acknowledgement, and it sends a message that customers are an inconvenience. I'm particularly surprised by the two managers, who should be setting a better example. With over ten years of experience in food service—having worked as a cashier at another Chipotle location—I encourage you to invest more energy into being attentive to your customers. On a positive note, the food is consistently good and prepared quickly.
I understand that issues can arise, but there needs to be better communication with customers in situations like this. It was incredibly frustrating. After I finally received our food, I had to stand in line for another 15 minutes, only to find that our order was incorrect. If you decide to visit this location, I strongly advise against online ordering. It just creates unnecessary hassle—it's much easier to wait in line and order in person. On the plus side, the food quality was great, as it always is—it's just the service that needs improvement. I also emailed Chipotle directly about the experience last night.
However, I did find the customer service to be less than ideal. I felt a bit rushed, and the staff seemed somewhat unhappy to be there. This is why I’m giving a four-star review instead of five. On the bright side, I think the price of $11 is on the higher side, but it’s definitely worth it. I’ll be returning!
Too many times we have gone to this location and our order is missing items like guac or there is entirely too much salt in the rice making the meal inedible. My money is better spent at a dine-in restaurant
The front counter workers for the most part are nice. However, every time I go to pick up a mobile order from this location it's always the same person (He has a highlight in his hair) that has me waiting atleast 15 minutes for my food. Each time this has happened my food is cold, so I know it was done and he could have done his job. I'm not sure if this individual is just really that inefficient or if they are having fun by making people wait for their food. But I'm probably just going to avoid this location due to this particular worker. Each time this has happened he waits until there is about four to five of us waiting. Then he decides to bring everything out at once. The front counter always tell him that a particular mobile order is ready and he basically ignores them.
