Despite being extremely busy when I called, they exceeded their estimated delivery time by a significant margin! It was quite late, and they were handling a large volume of late-night orders.
I had a terrible experience with their customer service. I believe they canceled my order because I forgot to include a tip. They claimed that my order was canceled because I didn’t provide my apartment number, but I always save my information since I order from them frequently, and I double-checked it before placing the order—my apartment number was definitely there. While I typically tip, I forgot to do so this time. I suspect that was the real reason for the cancellation. When I called to discuss the issue, they argued with me. I won’t be ordering from them again.
I do not recommend this restaurant. I ordered three pizzas, and the crust was nearly raw on the bottom. When I returned to the shop, the staff dismissed my concerns, claiming that this was how the pizzas were supposed to be cooked and that they couldn't assist me. I requested to speak with a manager, but someone who said they were the manager turned out not to be. Instead, a lower-level employee tried to address my complaint. I had clearly asked for either three properly cooked pizzas or a refund, but they insisted I was mistaken and refused to help or make any changes. I told them to just give me my money back, as I couldn't understand why I would pay for something that was essentially inedible. It was frustrating to be told I was wrong when I knew the quality was unacceptable. Every time I order from this restaurant, the experience varies; sometimes it's good, but most of the time, it's been disappointing. The employees seem indifferent and unmotivated, making even the simplest orders feel like a chore.
I recently ordered two large pizzas and a cheese dip from Domino's on Auburn, and they were delivered quickly. However, I was disappointed to find that everything was burnt. It seemed like the food had been reheated rather than freshly made. This is the second time I've experienced this, so there won't be a third. Make sure to check your order before accepting delivery!
"I live very close to this Domino's, and I've seen their drivers speeding down my street at all hours, which has almost led to me being hit twice. However, I want to update my review to acknowledge that Domino's has made improvements in the behavior of their delivery drivers. I appreciate these changes.
