If you're in search of a laid-back Mexican restaurant, Dos Coyotes is a great choice. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, along with a wide range of unique Mexican dishes. You can choose from different spice levels, and there's a nice salsa bar to complement your meal. I also think they have a full bar, including at least wine and beer options.

The food here is incredibly delicious and full of flavor! It's amazing that they have a salsa bar. It's a fantastic place overall. I highly recommend trying their chicken fajita salad!

I just want to give a shout-out to an employee at this location, Erich. He is absolutely fantastic! He has a great focus on customer service, is always friendly, gets every order correct, and works effortlessly to restock and keep things tidy. The food here is delicious, and Erich makes the experience even better! Bravo!

Where else can you get a Paella Burrito except at Dos Coyotes?! Big fresh grilled shrimp, sausage, rice, and creamy sauce wrapped in a flour tortilla to stuff into your mouth. What else can I say. Too bad they no longer have the seasonal stew dishes on the menu. It was so good, The perfect comfort food. Shame on Bobby for teasing us like that!!
