Pizza Rev - Citrus Heights

It was a good pizza from a pizza chain. The pizza came out better than most Italian pizza from Italy. Of course depending on how you make the pizza, since it's make your own or from their choices. Mine came out really good. I had confirmation from my date that ate from Jack's Urban eats sharing the same store strip and parking.

Our family has become regulars at this place. Our kids love that they get to pick their own toppings. They have 2 different gluten free crust options as well. Lots of beer on tap! Highly recommended!

Pizza Rev offers fantastic build-your-own pizzas at an affordable price. I've visited multiple times, and I've never been let down by the service, food, or price. A standard pizza costs $7.99 before tax, while a build-your-own pizza is just $9.99, which is quite reasonable for the size and quality. They provide six popular options for standard pizzas, but they really excel with the custom options. You can add any toppings you like—unlimited options—for only two dollars more than the standard pizzas. If you're in the mood, you can load up on meats, cheeses, and veggies. They also feature four different dough choices, including a vegan option, as well as compatible dressings. The drink selection is impressive too, with draft beer, bottled beer, a modern soda fountain, and a tea machine offering four varieties. The staff is very friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxed and contemporary. If you’re in the area and love great pizza, this place is a must-visit!

**Review Update - 4/2020:** As a regular customer, I wanted to support the restaurant during the recent lockdown due to the virus, so I ordered two pizzas for delivery. Sadly, both pizzas arrived burnt and were missing half of the usual toppings. I wouldn't recommend ordering pizza from PizzaRev without seeing it first! I've shared pictures for reference. PizzaRev is known for its Craft-Your-Own pizza concept, allowing customers to choose their favorite crust, sauce, and toppings. They also offer classic pizza options. In addition, you can customize salads or choose from their classic selections. A unique option is the “Craft Your Half,” which includes half a pizza and half a salad. For beer lovers, there's a craft beer wall available! They also feature a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine and various juices. For dessert, you can enjoy cookies and dessert pizzas. The restaurant provides a kids’ menu, happy hour specials, military discounts, and daily offers.

Kramer would definitely approve! Build-your-own pizza restaurants are everywhere these days, and PizzaRev stands out among the local options. While other places may offer a wider variety of toppings, the flavor here is just as good—if not better. What really makes PizzaRev unique is their 'Wall of Beers', featuring around 20 different brews on tap. Mmm, nothing like pairing pizza with beer!
