Starbucks Coffee - Citrus Heights

Why would you ask my name if you never call my name when my order is ready? Ridiculous. That place is no-go-place.

They ask for your name when you place your order, but don’t expect them to call your name when your order is ready. It’s quite rude.

I was very disappointed to find that the restaurant closed 15 minutes early, despite stating that their hours on Sundays are until 7:00 PM. When I worked at Starbucks, we would stay open an extra 5 minutes if necessary. The customer service was extremely lacking, especially considering I walked there. I would rate the service a 1.

I have been coming here over the summer since I heard about the nitro cold brew. One thing I do appreciate is they will not make my nitro cold brew until I get there. It makes a huge difference with the taste. They are Very polite and nice there. Makes you feel like home. I will continue going there and I highly recommend it.
