The Gateway Diner - City of Albany

Went for mother's day. Despite the place being packed, the staff didn't let you feel ignored. Everyone was happy with their meals. The homemade corned beef hash is great!

I order lunch from here sometimes, and the food always tastes good.

Me and my son had these dishes, as for me I had to send this order back and order a hamburger. The steak wrap that I had was very bland and consumed with onions, just do not think there was not enough love and thought put into this sandwich.

Home fries are huge, like boiled pieces of potato. Eggs and omelets are ok. But not much cook time on the homefries, and way too big. Ordered French toast the second time. Barely dipped in egg long enough to call it French toast.

I've had better experience sitting and eating. I won't be ordering to-go again. Nothing about the experience was pleasurable.
