Rolando's Diner - City of Binghamton

This was a wonderful and friendly diner with a small city feeling. The restaurant apparently has its regular so many customers were greeted with names. The parking lot is metered street parking, which can be paid via app or card. The staff was very friendly and attentive during our time and the food was spectacular and very fast. The facility takes cash and credit, but there is a 4% service fee for cards.

Rolando may not look like a 4 star, but she's deceived. The food is excellent, the staff is pleasant, friendly and you never have to get their attention as you are always checked. Oh, and the prices are amazing.

This is one of my favorite places to have breakfast, the waiters are always friendly and friendly British and cheerful the waiting time is almost not existent one of the last memories past time and if you don't want to stay and eat you can always go with their going out. So go and give them an attempt, you will not be disappointed

We've gotten lunch here a few times now and every time has been great. We went on the weekends around early afternoon, and even when it gets busy the service is always amazing, the food comes super quick, and everyone is very friendly. The food tastes great and you definitely won't leave hungry. When you go in, you can seat yourself. Also, remember that it's cash only! 2022 Update: We come here every weekend for breakfast

Situated on Court St. and close to downtown, Rolando's has delicious food at a fair price and offers daily food specials. Currently they're open from 7:00 am until 3:00 pm Weekdays, 2:00 pm Weekends One con of the diner is that they're small, because of the property they're located in, but they do their best to be accommodating.
