Took 5-7 minutes to get served at counter inside. Not even an acknowledgment. No signs saying next register or anything. At least 8 people working. All I wanted was a small dark roast coffee. I waited till someone came (I figured out which register to go to).

Super amazing service today! We stop in for my Timmy stop and it was prefect the service was 5/5 they were super friendly and nice I loved the worker he was kind!

This Tim Hortons is awful!! I ordered my meal and everything was fine with that. I was told my total was $10.95. Okay cool. Then, I drive to the pick up window and waited for a while. Finally, Sally, who seemed to be the manager, opened the window and told me $11 and some change… I was told a different total, I paid the total that Sally told me and was frustrated about it. Sally was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant and said “well, she didn’t charge you for the whip cream.” Then I was trying to tell Sally that it was frustrating to be told two different totals. SHE IGNORED ME!! She had no eye contact during the whole interaction and she was on a phone!!! If she is a manager this is not how managers should be treating customers, especially with a frustration. At the very least she should be a team member. This is appalling and unacceptable! I am a manager and I would have just given the guest the whip cream, especially since the guest was already told a total. There is food variance for that specific reason. Thank you. I won’t come back because of Sally.

Rude counter service. Got order wrong gave me attitude saying I ordered incorrectly!!! Won't be back ?
