Dunkin' - City of Cohoes

Woman making sandwiches is frustrated. She was swearing and slamming the microwave door today on Christmas. Maybe she should nt work with the public or keep her frustrations out of the workplace.

Really good Dunkin Coffee consistently made the same way. Food is always Fresh, Whether it be bagels donuts breakfast sandwiches, And they always have the 3 pounds of coffee for 1999 Gotta love that?

Worst dunkin dounts i've ever been to every single time! I got FROZEN hash browns the customer service there is so rude every time like they hate every second being there. you ask for extra in your drink your PAYING for extra and they give you less the regular EVERY TIME! worst dunkin ever not even worth it drive the 2 miles to the other one!

I order the same item every time. They seem to *ALWAYS* stuff it up. I ask for an addition of whipped cream, and caramel, which the workers TAKE THE TIME TO CHARGE YOU FOR. So I mean, with that said, if they want to lick corporates boot in such a way every damn time, trust me I get a reciepet, but THEN proceed to on, forgetting a simple, yet crucial/requested add on to an order well, that's just terrible service. And you people think yOu dEsErVe tO bE pAiD mOrE...*MORE*???? H0H that's verryyy funny....

They recently renovated the place and it is still pretty bad. The drive through situation was not very well thought out. You have people driving in from two different directions and it creates issues with who is supposed to drive up the the speaker next. The place is always unkempt inside.
