Great drinks! The have an EXTENSIVE macaroni cheese menu (plus, LOTS of other options). They have a lot of fun sports memorabilia on the walls so that is interesting as well. While in Corning stop in for a cocktail and some mac cheese, you will NOT be disappointed.
I enjoy going there; everyone is having a good time. The food is great, but the drinks are quite expensive. It would be nice if they could lower the prices a bit.
Someone told me about this place, and we went to Corning from Maryland to stop it. I'm glad we made it! They are also known for their Mac and cheese lakes on Food Network. This is not your mother's oil Mac and cheese - these are concoctions like baked potato Mac and cheese, reuben Mac and cheese, chickens ranch Mac and cheese - you get the idea. Sounds a bit, but OMG! We actually have a side size one with chicken ranch-- just such a great taste! Also ordered meals. My Nabeby's pork sandwich looked and tasted amazing. I tried a queen with banana whips. Apparently we took a lot of food home later! And tried a Caramel Mule... not quite right. Caramel vodka, apple wine and ginger beer amusements! I wish we didn't drive later and could have stayed longer!
We went to the Wineglass half marathon for lunch, so we had waited for about 30 minutes for a table. The dining area is very small, and there is a bar upstairs, but no tables. There are about 17 different varieties of Mac and cheese available, and I ordered the chicken, bacon, ranch Mac and cheese. The small part is about the size of a football, and I have three meals from it. It's definitely cheesy. Sweet decoration and chill vibe. Large picture windows are facing the road, so we have to watch that the marathon drivers run towards the finish line that was just down from the restaurant. If you come to visit the city, you should pay a stop.
My daughter and I ate here after a long, beautiful day hiking in Watkins Glen. We were recommended in Corning and our hotel advisor Mooney's. We were so glad we tried! The waitress was incredibly helpful in answering all our questions about the extensive menu. We ordered the garlic bread with cheese as an app. My daughter ordered lobster Mac and cheese and I ordered a Rueben with Fritten. The food portions were incredibly large for such a big price! The flavors were perfectly consistent during! We both let ourselves be happily stuffed with our boxes.
