Dunkin' - City of Dunkirk

Rude customer service. Didn't clean properly. Drink tastes like cleaning fluid. Staff should fired. Doesn't speak on drive thru intercom and then are rude when you order. No one says you have to have a job. Cold bagel as well.

Your employees are beyond rude… everytime i go to this establishment in fredonia the drive thru workers are very impatient, rude, and act like they hate their lives.. well ain’t nobody tell yall to work there…. please check your employees…

Absolutely miserable staff. I regularly don’t order everything I want to order because the employees can’t be bothered to take an order. Food is consistently not great either.

Mediocre service. They obviously don't care and whoever is running this place hasn't for a while. It's too bad, because I love Dunkin normally.

The worst Dunkin on the planet. The coffee was nasty and the staff was rude. The lady at the drive-through slammed the window on me because they messed up with coffee order and we were asking for them to correct it.
