Lost Worlds Laser Tag

This restaurant is only open on weekends and has a small space, but the laser game area is large, clean, and engaging. They also offer discounts on games after 5 PM.

The staff seemed dismissive when we attempted to explain that we had waited over an hour for just one game of laser tag, especially since we arrived before several party groups. There needs to be better communication regarding the laser tag schedule for paying customers. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have breaks between party groups and regular patrons, as the current setup is completely unfair to those who are just there to enjoy the facilities. We had high hopes for this place, but it fell far short. The food was also disappointingly below average; I’ve never tasted anything so stale and bitter. Honestly, I wish the staff had made an effort to accommodate us by letting one child join in or at least offered a refund. This place is just terrible!

The experience was enjoyable, although the air conditioning could be more powerful and the noise levels could use some dampening, haha! However, the kids had a great time! It's quite budget-friendly if you take advantage of the promotions and plan your meals and activities in advance.

Maggie was the best she has a great customer service, because for her manager he needs some lessons in customer service. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name. I will not go into detail, but he did nothing to help a problem we were, Maggie is tried. I give Manager 1 star and Maggie 5 stars.

Not disappointed but thought it would be bigger and better . If I bring my kids here again we would have to come around the times it's half off. Other than that I think for the price it's not worth it. I didn't try any of the food so can't recommend. My suggestion would be come in walk around before you purchase tickets for your kids. I was expecting a bowling alley. Overall cute place if your kids never been cute for a party. It's different.
