Romano's Macaroni Grill Puente Hills

We were seated quickly and the service was acceptable. But, the food was mediocre and bland, and way over priced.

Reserved a table to celebrate a birthday. Birthday celebration never happened nor mentioned all at during our restaurant outing.

Maria, our server, was fantastic, though I must say she was quite busy.

Always a great option for the holidays! The staff is friendly and the food is tasty. However, they could improve on cleanliness. What more could you ask for?

The server took 10 minutes to reach our table, and once she did, it took her another 5 minutes to bring us water and drinks. The bread was hard, and our main courses arrived only after sitting under the heat for a considerable amount of time. Although the manager was kind enough to address our main course issues, I feel he could have done more to acknowledge the long wait and the hair we found in my napkin.
