The broth is usually perfect and there is plenty of meat. I usually get a medium size to share between two people. The restaurant can be a bit cramped and the service is decent.
We had a great time at this pho restaurant. The service was quick and the food was delicious and straightforward. We will definitely be coming back.
FOOD 5/5: I had a medium bowl of pho with rare beef and brisket. Firstly, noodles were great, plentiful, soft, slimy, “slurpable”, really nothing to fault. The broth was not too salty and beef was also cut slenderly, rare and the brisket had good streaks of fat. <br/ <br/ SERVICE 5/5: food came out in less than 5 minutes. Waiter also did well to confirm orders and provide the usual bean sprouts and chilli very quickly.<br/ <br/ ATMOSPHERE: 4/5: seating is big enough, as are the tables for two bowls. Just a tiny bit loud and busy at lunch.
Favourite place for pho in Melbourne. Can always trust this place to serve a delicious bowl of pho. The broth is lovely but maybe just a little salty because I get thirsty afterwards. Service is ok, wait time for a seat can be long depending on what time you go and seats packed close together.
They have been here since day 1.<br/ Specializing in the different types of pho. The difference here is their rice noodles that is silky smooth and thin.<br/ <br/ Really like their pho here and i would go for their rare beef and beef ball pho.
