Looking on the website, we were excited to visit the restaurant before a trip to the theatre. The menu on the website looked really good. Knowing London was going to busy because of the Queens Jubilee, we booked a table. When we arrived, it was clear this was not a usual sit down table service restaurant, but a nice fast food eatery. While there is nothing wrong with that, the menu was reduced, it wasn’t clear there were any starters and there were definitely no milk shakes. The food was ok, nothing wrong with it, just the whole expectation was different to the experience. The toilet facilities were not great, the sinks were blocked and with no plug in place you could see how blocked and mucky they were.

Unfortunately we found out about this place our last night here in London. The place is great, the portions have good size, the food is tasty and that makes this place a great value for money! Highly recommend.

I have been here twice and on both occasions, a particular member of staff has had so much attitude and is unbelievably rude to other customers too. She got my order wrong, over charged me and made no apology. Food is ok but was served cold.

Called in because the menu looked nice... however avoid the Chipotle steak at all costs! Mine was a tough as old boots and I ended up picking it all out of my burrito! I literally couldn't chew it. This was after the girl behind the counter literally threw a handful of bland doritos into the tin bowl the food was served in! With an equally bland pot of guacamole thrown in for good measure. My husband struggled to place the order with the most disinterested staff member ever who could barely be bothered to speak, and then a lady dropped her whole tin bowl of food all over the floor narrowly missing us, then walked away and left it all over the floor by our feet where it remained!!! ... I had to kick the food out off the way myself... its actually hilarious it was so bad!!! Ha ha !!! ... I wouldn't go back.

The service at this restaurant is completely inadequate. They have a habit of cancelling reservations last minute, even when made weeks in advance, and provide no explanation. Furthermore, they are impossible to reach by phone. Save yourself the trouble and dine elsewhere.
