I frequent the place when I can when I am out, knowing full well what to expect and I can count on it. Most if not all cafe Nero's are indeed the most civilised coffee shops in London. Strongly advise especially for newcomers to the city or those on holiday . You'll be treated right and get the best experience.
Never had lunch at a Cafe Nero before, had a sausage roll warmed up and a pistachio latte was lovely would definitely eat here again!
Coffee far to strong and when we asked for milk we got a small little jar of mik this is suppose to be for 4 people . laughable.chocolate fudge cake dry tasteless for 4 coffees pluse cake 14£ something .absolutely a big rip off .staff thou were lovely
Awful place coffee was a watery cappuccino croissant served in a bag even though they charge for eating in. Dismal service go to other cafe neros most are far better
Ordered a scone and raspberry roulade for a treat with coffee. Both were stale! Staff were decent enough when we returned them but insisted they were fresh, taken from freezer in the morning!! Not obviously fresh from an oven! Got a refund which they offered as we'd have chosen something else in replacement. Such a busy place but we were disappointed. Coffee mug was cracked.
