Caffe Nero - City of London,Westminster

Cafe Nero -Westbourne Grove!! Rude and disrespectful management! Hi everyone, I just wanted to share with you my ,literally, past 5 minutes experience with the management at Cafe Nero on Westbourne Grove. So, I went inside like 45 min ago, got myself an Americano and set down at one of the tables with my laptop on doing some reading. When this guy, so called manager, comes and ask me to leave because, supposedly, I haven’t ordered anything!! I was shocked ! I showed him the cup of coffee which was still on the table and he had the audacity to tell me that the cup was there and I haven’t bought anything! I had to go on my bank account and show him the transaction !! After seeing the transaction clearly listing todays date and the cafe Nero shop, he said ok! He didn’t apologised, nor said anything else at all, just went outside the coffee shop! I just stood up and left! This is the worst customer service and behaviour, that I’ve encountered ever in my entire life in a coffee shop or any other commercial spaces!! Be aware when visiting that place, not to get offended and be mistreated the same way! Btw, the manager of the place , a “gentleman” ,Italian, dressed as he would be on the flee market has no manners at all! Never again, I’ll visit that place nor other coffee Nero spots!! Unacceptable behaviour!

I wanted to share with you my positive experience at the Cafe Nero store in Westbourne Grove. The staff there are exceptional and provide top-notch service. I cannot express enough how impressed I am with their professionalism and dedication. I don't want to single out any individual staff member, as they all contribute to making the cafe a wonderful place. They truly embody the Cafe Nero brand. I know I am not the only one who feels this way, as many local residents share my sentiments. The staff at this cafe feel like a part of our community, and the store itself is a comforting haven in a sometimes harsh world. At first, I had no idea wat is Caffe Nero but I saw from outside seem nice cafe and smell good. Then we go inside to ordered coffee, some cokies and bread. No regret! Need a cup of coffee, small lunch, relax ... Caffe Nerro

I stopped by for a coffee and it was quite good. The atmosphere of the place is pretty typical, more of a hangout spot for locals rather than tourists. Overall, it was a nice experience.

Used to come here many years ago This is my first time for a while Being a daily visitor of other Cafe Nero branches mainly in Reading and Oxford Street I expected that same standards of service are kept every where. To my disappointment I was shocked of the horrible service : The till was not working thus cash only . The girl didn’t steam the small coffee glasses claiming that she is busy I insisted on having the 3 glasses steamed. I asked her to add chocolate on the latte she tried to give me an essay about how I should drink my latte . I told her this should be left up to me. I asked for extra hot milk on the side the large latte was full of foam like Cappuccino I asked her for a tissue. Logically I needed a tray to carry the latte and the side hot milk. All these small things are automatically done at any other branch , however obviously she lacks manners as she didn’t even thank me for giving the tray back to her after I finished. On my way out I told her to read my review on Trip Advisor , she looked careless.
