The restaurant is a nice place to relax, with comfortable seating and a quiet atmosphere. I appreciated the Veganuary menu and would be happy to return. However, I was disappointed to hear the chefs swearing and complaining loudly in the kitchen. They also made rude comments in Portuguese about us assuming we were unaware of the language. This made me feel uncomfortable and I believe the staff should show more respect towards customers. Despite this, I still enjoyed the tasty and flavorful food and would consider returning.
Food was nice, not amazing, but worth the price we paid. The person serving us was extremely helpful and polite. Would visit again if in the area
I haven't been to a Frankie & Benny's in years and I definitely won't be returning after this experience. When I was seated, I decided to order a coffee, but was told the machine was broken. I then ordered a cherry Coke for £3.50, only to be given a can that probably only cost 50p. I also ordered a calzone and Cajun fries for £4.60, but instead received cheesy chips with a hint of Cajun seasoning. The whole experience felt like a total rip off.
We had a delightful dining experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, and we were well taken care of by our server, House am, who was very attentive and helpful. Overall, it was a great dining outing.
Good food for a fair price! Reason for only 3 starts is because the wait of the food, not because of the kitchen, but the way the original server is responsable for bringing the food to the table even though this person might be busy servicing someone else. Update: tried the new Vegan “chicken” dish, and it great snitzel!
