I ordered a medium rare burger, but it came back with the outside cooked medium rare and the inside rare. It was still extremely rare. Despite this, I ate it and it was decent. However, I wanted to caution others about the potential outcome of ordering a medium rare burger here. It seems there is no point in specifying how you want your burger cooked, as my friend's burger was cooked properly while mine was not. The fries were a bit greasy and could have benefited from being less oily before serving. Additionally, thicker fries would have been preferred, as the skinny fries were too thin. The waitress mainly acknowledged my friend throughout the meal. As we were leaving, I said goodbye to the waitress, but she only responded to my friend and thanked him for coming. This experience left me feeling ignored and undervalued, especially in comparison to my male companion. This sort of treatment is unacceptable in this day and age. It is important for all staff, including waitresses, to treat all customers with equal respect and acknowledgment. Unfortunately, due to the poor service and lack of recognition, I will not be returning to this restaurant. It is essential for establishments to value all customers, regardless of gender or race.
Lunched at the Belsize Park location on Tues, 21 Nov; On Dec 1 spotted I'd been double charged so I phoned, then emailed as requested; the ASM Wayne then said I needed to return to the store for them to be able to process a refund. I responded not being local, this would take me two hours so I requested they make good without this inconvenience. (Bear in mind, their error and it took me to alert them of the double charge! I then contacted them after three days of not hearing back. Had a highly upsetting exchange with Wayne, who was rude, with constant interruptions, termed me and my email aggressive (I had pointed out my right to involve my bank if a refund could not be processed without my attendance and despite stating the refund request had been forwarded to an accounts department, would not furnish me with contact details nor any details of the supposed refund request. Yes a highly upsetting experience I will not be in a hurry to have again!
Even though the menu clearly lists Lemonade as a drink option, I was brought Sprite (yes, I know the British are confused about Lemonade vs Sprite that 's not what was happening here. The server argued with me about it I had to show him on the menu where the item was. Oh, we don 't have that. OK, how about a Fanta (also on the menu . Oh, we don 't have that. I clearly stated 'no relish ' on the burger, but still had to scrape the nasty sauce off. Then they had the audacity to charge a service fee how about you actually give me some service? There are a LOT of other options for food in Westfield. You 're better off trying anywhere else.
My fiancée and I went to this restaurant for lunch. The food was excellent and the service was professional. The manager in charge was very helpful, even though it was very busy. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Myself and my partner called for Dinner when we were staying in the area. Friendly welcome, nice friendly staff a clean and tidy establishment. Food lovely cooked fresh really tasty. The only thing stopping me giving it that 5 is we ordered starters but they all came out together not as starters as we’d asked for, the waiter did say did we want it all together as chef had cooked it all the same time or have them separate but you could see the burgers sat under lights so we felt like we should have them or they’d soon dry up. That little thing aside well worth a visit.
