Contribuisci feedbackFirstly, the only good thing about this restaurant is the bar area with reasonable cocktails. Then we went into the restaurant area and the NOISE reverberating was intolerable. Considering the prices they charge, one wonders why they couldn’t invest a small amount on a few acoustic ceiling panels – they would transform the place. Food very very average. Wrong main course served to my daughter, and of course we had finished by the time her correct dish was served. Not one apology! Service charge CHARGED. Definitely an heir of arrogance about these people. I was so glad to get out of there and won’t be returning anytime soon!
I have never had such a terrible dining experience in my life. Firstly, the staff are rude, arrogant and should not be working in any form of customer service. Secondly, the food was cold and the stodgy pizzas made us feel sick and bloated for the entire day. It was undercooked dough loaded with rubbery thick cheese. We couldn’t even chew through them. After being ignored multiple times when I clearly was looking for somebody. The waitress that did end up getting me some sauce (to try and improve the pizza any bit) basically threw the bowl on the table and stormed off. I then told the manager we would absolutely not be paying the 15% service charge. Again, no eye contact and with a sigh told me to go and ask her colleague to help me with the bill. The price was absolutely extortionate for what was terrible food made worse by the rudest staff I have ever come across. Ruined our entire day!
The food is way below average whilst the prices are greedy and high. Tried many dishes here and each one was below average from pasta to fish. They can’t even get the zucchini fritters or sweet potato fries not to be burnt black. The prices are a joke and the staff are arrogant the dining room is noisy as well. If it wasn’t in my neighbourhood I wouldn’t have gone back. The location is the only advantage.
Went there as a couple. Loved the atmosphere and the service. Andrea came to our table and we congratulated him and his brother for opening such a beautiful restaurant. We started, my wife had a lovely mushroom in cream sauce and I had salmon sushimi, must admit, it wasnt the best, needed secxing up w some advocadot and chilli. Main course, my wife had spaghitti and I had Penne arrabiate, delicious. Really lovely evening. No complaints, but, you can never stop trying to improve.
Super restaurant excellent food and service , specials can be expensive but Dover sole was excellent, would recommend
