Mcdonalds Oxford Street

After arriving in London and walking down Oxford Street we wanted a drink. Being confronted by machines looked daunting. A lovely young lady came across and helped us order. She then went and fetched our order for us, this service went above and beyond anything we would have imagined in a fast food cafe. Even the lady cleaning the tables was brill. Thanks for making two weary oldies feel special

It was terrible the food was mouldy and the staff were very rude and they threw food at me and told me to f off how rude would not recommend

Probably the worst McDonalds we have been to. There was a chap on the door, but no idea what his role was. The tables were not cleared, there was food on the floor and the toilets were disgusting. Very crowded with no distancing.

When McDonald's finally inspects this restaurant, they will likely shut it down. The food was cold, disgusting, and the 6 employees were not working properly - they were only speaking in a different language. The manager had to repeatedly ask the team to work. My food was undercooked, the cheese was frozen, and the meat was cold. I will never return here, I will go to Oxford Circus instead.

I have been disappointed with my last two visits to this restaurant because my Big Mac only had one patty. The first time could have been a mistake, but the second time was unacceptable. I was too hungry to wait in line again. And as for calling it "big," it's more like a shrunken Mac.
