Seating is available upstairs, outside and at busy times downstairs. It does good coffee and it has a selection of cakes and pastries. It has an interesting feel to it with what looked like an old altar as part of the interior decor. Although there may be more than one it does not have the feel of a chain. Good service.
Great coffee shop off Carnaby street . Really good coffee strong but so tasty. Always busy with a downstairs area too.
Slow service, multiple mistakes when serving the order. Would have loved to drink my hot chocolate at the same tome as ny family. The again, it was watery. Same problem with the neighboring table, so must be an overall problem with this place.
Terrible tea and terrible attitude to customer satisfaction. We bought a pot of English Breakfast tea and when it arrived it was incredibly weak despite standing for some time. When asked for another teabag, we were told ‘no, that’s how it comes!’ Very rude and rubbish tea.
Had a quick break here. Very good coffee and cake, friendly staff. Claims to be trying to introduce New Zealand coffee culture to the UK. Really? Don’t let that put you off though!
