The manager, Patricia, and our waiter, Vincenzo, were both very professional and knowledgeable. The food was delicious, especially the amazing pizza. This place is the best we have tried in London recently. We will definitely be back soon.
Came as we saw they did gluten free options! The pizzas were really good and it’s nice to be able to look down on the busy streets below but feel at ease in the restaurant. Staff were lovely an attentive and really careful about Allergens. We always visit if we’re stuck on somewhere gf in London!
Fine for a meal in desperation part way though a shopping crusade, but not a lot else to recommend it. Service good (although restaurant 80% empty) and the bruschetta and tomato pasta decent. The pizza was a huge disappointment- base nice, but huge scrimp on quality and quantity on the toppings. Would only go back under hypoglycemic duress.
Had some time to kill so decided to try out the Rossopomodoro in the John Lewis in Oxford Street. At lunchtime on a Saturday the restaurant part of Rossopomodoro was quite busy whereas the cafe had zero customers. I had already eaten so I headed to the cafe. I only had a coffee but it was absolutely fine. I guess because I was literally the only customer (for a period of time) the service was slow. On the upside it was relatively peaceful given the lack of customers.
Went along with low expectations for an Italian in a department store but was pleasantly surprised. Food was excellent and everything had a nice little twist.
