We fancied a weatherspoon breakfast, this place was next to our hotel so no brainier..breakfast menus finish’s at 12:00..was at the bar at 11:50..took them ages to serve 3 people, and the staff kept disappearing..by Time they managed to serve me (behind 3 people),some moody, ignorant bar staff said I was a minute to late for the breakfast..oh well,so I ordered the all day breakfast..when it got to me it was colder than the beer I was drinking..think I’ll give this place a miss next time and so should everyone else..poor attitude from staff and stone cold food
Second time, first time great, second time accused of under age drinkers without getting an opportunity to check id. Horrible barman with attitude, appeared to be spoiling for a fight. 4 year old granddaughter quite traumatised. Never again
We chose to dine at this establishment due to its convenient location near The Tower of London, as we had tickets for the Ceremony of the Keys. However, I would advise against visiting this pub as it was disappointing and did not live up to the standards of a typical pub. The atmosphere was lacking and it was quite loud. Two of us ordered the Pasta Alfredo, which was served in small portions and cost around 10 GBP each, a steep price for what we received. I opted for the halloumi wrap, which was the only dish that was fresh and enjoyable out of the four we ordered. My son ordered a small burger with fries, but the portion size was extremely small and not worth the price. I would only give this place 2 out of 5 stars, and that is solely because of the decent halloumi wrap.
We had breakfast two mornings in a row whilst staying locally and have eaten here before. Extremely fast service. Great that you can book online whilst sat at the table so no queuing. A good quality, excellent priced full english to set you up for the day. Its a thumbs up from us
