Nice pub, we went for a Sunday roast, and that was delicious. good beer selection too. service was pretty good, efficient, but not intrusive.

Are they looking for the perfect place for their sunday? of course you are. Now, the old red cow is not perfect, but you could do much worse in the capital. this independent pub is located in front of the door of the legendary meat market of london, smithfield, so there is no excuse for shottige frying. the first impressions were good – it is a secretly cozy little pub, which despite the midst of the **** nothing was absolutely heaving on our visit (smithfield is left from a waking, positiw spooky).

The fat cow burger from the old red cow is a jolly nice burger, and it is clear that both thoughts and quality have gone into the creation, but at the top end of the burger price range at £14, I wanted it to really blow me away. get them to scratch, and sort them the floor mud and that could be good my new local favorit (in disco bistro of course.) Just up the road from Smithfield market in Farringdon, this small pub punches above its weight for food. There's a good mix of options including ploughmans with a choice of cheese, bone marrow burger with a huge portion of fries, and fish and chips. However, the menu changes frequently so check online to make sure your favourite is there It's worth booking a table as it's a small place, but with an airy upstairs with an extra small bar and tables for groups. Just far enough away from the city to avoid too many men in suits, but there always seems to be a few locals in there Craft beers are on tap, and there's a nice range of wine available.
