I have dined at similar restaurants in Chinatown before. The food is quite similar overall. It may not be the most amazing taste you will ever experience, but it is decent, especially considering the £15 all-you-can-eat dine-in option and £8 takeaway option. While the staff may lack in customer service, it doesn't really impact the food quality, just the dining experience. I would still recommend trying it out.
This was the worst experience I've had so far. The staff didn't know how to handle customer service. They were talking and laughing in their language right next to our table, which made us feel uncomfortable while trying to eat. They didn't provide any clear explanations about the dishes. I would not recommend this buffet to anyone.
Called in after a show, the place was full but the buffet was replenished quickly. The food was really good, and it was good value
Looks a bit dodgy, food delicious. Can have as much as you like. All meat very tender and tasty. Not the place to go to impress anyone but good for a pre theatre meal. Had a bottle of Mateus!! Haven’t done that for 45 years!!! No chilli oil. C’mon on you’re a **** Chinese restaurant what you doing????
