Kfc - City of Long Beach

A decade ago, this was one of my favorite fast food places to go. A quick stop and done. Love the chicken. That crispy and juicy fried chicken. It's been so many years since we came here. Because we missed their chicken, we did the quick stop and order. We only got the bucket without sides. Sadly, when we asked for gravy, the crew said it's 4 dollars and change. Instead, we decided to get the coleslaw side, and he said it's 4 dollars and change too. I wouldn't be surprised because now a days prices are changing ridiculously. But when we got home and saw the sides worth 4 dollars, it's the tiny container. If I knew it's just a little over a tablespoon for 4 dollars. We could've got coleslaw in our local deli. It's a little upsetting. Can't recommend nor would like to come back again.?‍

Order placed online, only to have the location tell us they were all out of chicken besides breasts and wings. Could not refund our online order. Unapologetic service. Will not be going here again.

The manager Eduin was not very helpful with my issue. He could have handled the situation much better. Can’t wait for a new restaurant to take over this location.

It's kfc. Little overpriced and the staff is rude. But I need my fried chicken fix and this solved that.

Worst service ever! Wait time on the drive what’s way too long. On top of the wait. Missing 2 items on my purchase. I didn’t get gravy on my large smash potato. Thanks for an amazing service!!!
