Carvel - City of Middletown

A special shout out to the woman (I believe her name is Karen), who took my order for my son's 25th birthday cake!! It came out even better than I could have asked for!! Great job Carvel!!!! If they don't have it on the website, call them. Friendly, added suggestions, they really care about your event.

I had a disappointing experience at Carvel recently. I went to purchase my usual four cones for $12, as I've done consistently in the past. However, this time, I encountered rude and unprofessional behavior from the staff. Both the girl with blonde hair and the girl with black hair were unfriendly during my interaction. When I questioned the sudden increase in price to $13, they dismissed me with an indifferent attitude, claiming the price had gone up without any prior notice. As I went to retrieve more money, I noticed both girls laughing, further highlighting their lack of professionalism. This experience left a very sour taste in my mouth, with that being said I rather spend my money where I’m appreciated and respected.Parking: A big lot

I’ve ordered two custom cakes from here and it’s been wonderful! Great service and the cakes are always delicious. Would recommend!!!

I love the vanilla soft serve with the crunchies. Staff was really great too!
