Westchester Taco Grill

Food is good when they get the order right,which is rare.

I tried the Westchester Taco Grill for the first time this evening. I got a very enticing mailer. I decided to try their delivery service. The gentleman who answered the phone was very friendly and good at his job, making sure the mailer was legit. My order arrived at my door ahead of schedule. The delivery guy was also friendly. The hot food was still hot and the cold food was cold. I ordered the Family Taco Kit and the Ice Cream Tacos. The Family Taco Kit came with a massive amount of food. They said it roughly feeds 4-5 people, but it really depends on how much you can eat. I personally will have leftovers for days. It comes with ground beef, shredded chicken, both hard and soft taco shells, yellow rice, beans, and all the toppings (sour cream, shredded cheese, lettuce, guacamole and Pico De Gallo). The ground beef was slightly seasoned and not greasey. The shredded chicken was nicely seasoned and tender. The beans were perfection and were also seasoned nicely. The yellow rice was my least favorite. It was a little dry. Otherwise, everything was tasty in the Family Taco Kit. The Ice Cream Tacos came with 2 in an order. I think they could have had a little more cinnamon surgar and fewer chocolate chips as they were a bit overpowering in the flavor combo. Plus, it would have been nice if they were a bit bigger. That way, it would be easier to cut in half to share. Overall, it's a thumbs up from me. I am happy with the service and quality of food the Westchester Taco Grill provided. I do believe I'll go in person next visit to check out the atmosphere of the restaurant.

Tried a few different Tacos but the Chimichurri sauce was the show stealer. Very flavorful. Nice staff, music and atmosphere, plus week day happy hour. They do charge a fee for credit card usage which is a downside

I found this place online randomly reached out to Jeury needed to order 32 meals to be delivered named , also had about 5 “special requests” our order was 100% perfect every single order was prepared to a T it was exactly on time, and phenomenal portion sizes for my hungry athletes cannot say enough how great our experience was!! Many thanks to Jeury his staff we will absolutely be back each time we come to New Rochelle! Thank you Vegetarian options: I made individual requests and all were met Dietary restrictions: Vegan options were perfect!

Nice place. Service was very courteous and willing to make everything work for us. The experience was a little slow, there didn't seem to be a flow to the service, knowing when to clear or ask if we wanted anything else or the check. Otherwise, nice atmosphere, great food, and good service. Vegetarian options: I am pescitarian and I don't eat shellfish and there was adequate food on the menus for me and my kids who eat a similar diet at restaurants. Kid-friendliness: My kids were able to eat some delicious food and drink while here. They had the mac and cheese and a plain quesadilla. Neither were on a kids menu and there was plenty for them to share.
