We tried the pizza and the lamb meatball appetizer, both of which were delicious. The prices were reasonable, and it wasn't too loud or crowded later in the evening. The cozy atmosphere added to the overall enjoyment.
The staff were very friendly, and our order was taken quickly. The food arrived in a reasonable time and was hot. Our meals were excellent—possibly some of the best we've had in New York! We thoroughly enjoyed it. However, after our food was served, we didn't receive much attention. The waiter was quite busy, and we could have used a coffee refill, but he never came back to check on us. By the time he returned, we were ready to leave. Overall, the food here is outstanding. If you’re ready to embrace the busy, lively environment, you will certainly enjoy this spot. I would definitely return.
They offered a prix fixe menu that we took advantage of, which included one appetizer, one share plate, and one entree for $28. Considering that just an appetizer and a main dish cost $27, the prix fixe option turned out to be a great deal. We ordered the spicy lamb meatballs, which were delightful and came with tzatziki sauce and pita bread, though the pita was unfortunately stale. For the share plate, we had candied bacon, which was very tasty. I chose the eggs Benedict, while my partner ordered steak and eggs. The steak portion was a bit small, but for the $17 price, it was not really a complaint. The potatoes that came with the dishes were absolutely delicious. The eggs Benedict was quite tasty, although the English muffins were a bit too hard for my liking. I was looking forward to the bottomless brunch for $30, but the limited options—only three, none of which were suitable for non-citrus lovers—led us to skip it.
We went there on Valentine’s day. It was a great experience. Waitress Alexa was super kind and lovely. We had tuna tartare as a starter and Anything Goes and Coco Fashion for cocktails. Tartare was good, tuna was fresh Anything goes is kinda sour but delicious. Marshmallow on the Coco fashion was unnecessary. Than we had salmon and ravioli. Ravioli was PERFECT. Salmon was cooked perfectly but the sauce was too salty for my taste. Our second cocktails weren’t good as the first ones. But we’ll go there again for the lovely people and cool atmosphere. Drinks here are absolutely bomb. 4 might not be fair but the sea bass I had here had. Little bit of a funky taste. Should have gone with a non seafood dish. But I definitely recommend and will go back to try a not seafood dish.
