I don't really write reviews but the people in this store were so nice to me. It's also big and has a seating area which is good.

I've been spending some mornings at Starbucks lately. They really have things running smoothly and quickly during the busy hours.

1. They consistently fail to prepare the Caramel Craze signature latte correctly. It always tastes like plain coffee with milk and whipped cream, and I can never taste the caramel at all. It feels like throwing away $6. In contrast, the Dunkin on 51st and 8th makes a fantastic Caramel Craze where you can actually taste the caramel. Given how often this location gets it wrong—about 75% of the time—the price is just not justified. 2. I recognize that this location can get busy, and I understand that in-person orders may take precedence over mine. However, there’s no reason for my orders to take so long to be completed. It only takes me about three minutes to walk there, but I often find myself waiting nearly ten minutes once I arrive. For instance, my order number might be 3012, but they’ll complete order number 3027 before mine. In summary: Be prepared to wait a long time for just one coffee, and don't expect it to be made correctly.

I visited this place for a drink and some ice cream. I was surprised to see that the staff appeared quite unhappy to be serving customers, especially since I've always had great service at other locations. Unfortunately, they informed us that there were no options available on Sundays, and we could only choose from one of the two ice cream coolers. The staff didn't explain why the other ice cream was unavailable, and although the ones we ended up selecting were fine, they weren’t what we had originally wanted. Since we had already paid, we felt compelled to accept their suggestion, but I don’t anticipate returning anytime soon.

I regularly use the app to order ahead and pick up from this location. I have NEVER waited for my food and the order is always correct.
