My experience at Dragon Tantan was delightful, with a vibrant array of flavors that made every bite enjoyable. The waitress was not only polite but also prompt with her service. I appreciated that she consistently refilled our water glasses, even after we had finished our meal.

There’s a saying, “irasshaimase,” and unlike the legendary restaurant Larry David visited, here customers are also invited to say it. Upon entering the restaurant, you’re warmly welcomed with a hearty “irasshaimase,” which sets the tone for your experience. The ramen is truly the best in the city, perfect for a chilly winter night. Pair it with a refreshing Kirin beer, and you’ve got yourself a fantastic meal! I highly recommend it.

I ordered the Nirvana classic ramen bowl, while my sister opted for the Nirvana karaka. The only difference is that the karaka comes with a paste on the side. We both absolutely loved our dishes! Coming from California, we've tried countless ramen bowls, but this one is definitely the best! The broth is outstanding! Since I'm on a low-carb diet, I chose to skip the noodles (I know, a bit unusual), but I added the treasure toppings to compensate, and it turned out to be a fantastic decision! I ended up feeling completely satisfied after just that one bowl! The restaurant has a cozy and intimate atmosphere, and there was no wait time. Our food was served quickly, and the waitress was attentive, frequently refilling our water glasses.

Love the large bar as I came here by myself during a work trip. Everything was amazing from service to delicious food and how efficient everyone was. Love it! The pork bun came out in a minute and then then Shiromaru ramen was so good. Great broth and the pork had the best flavor. I will definitely be back and highly recommend.

If you can't make it to Japan to have ramen, no worries, Ippudo is it. We really enjoyed the cucumber appetizer-crunchy and full of umami! We ordered 3 different ramen dishes and all had wonderful flavor. I've been to many ramen places in the US and Japan and this did not disappoint.
