Starbucks Coffee - City of New York

The Starbucks location was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, I have to mention the state of the bathroom—it seems to be a common issue in many Manhattan establishments. While we do appreciate the availability of public restrooms in coffee shops, I wish Starbucks corporate would consider hiring a dedicated cleaning crew to maintain these facilities throughout the day. It's disheartening to see them looking so neglected, as if they’ve been hit by a disaster or resemble an underpass shelter. After paying $7 to $10 for a cup of coffee, I think it’s reasonable to expect better upkeep for the restrooms!

I spent the entire morning there, and in the end, I discovered that they don't have a restroom for customers.

Another Starbucks review? Seriously, Johnny? Yes, indeed! As I embark on my mission to become the ultimate Yelpie in 2023, no business, park, street corner, subway line, or establishment is off-limits. I'm determined to review everything that others said I couldn't! This Starbucks is conveniently located right next to my office, but to be honest, it always feels a bit slower than your typical Starbucks. I often find myself checking the time while waiting for my tall cold brew—okay, fine, it was a grande cold brew this morning if I’m being completely honest. But hey, I get it; it’s a Starbucks in Midtown, which must be like working on an assembly line during World War II, right? On the bright side, the staff is super friendly, and they have some really cool mugs. I wish I could give 3.5 stars, but you know what? I’ll round up and give it 4. Why not?
