The Bagel Mill - City of New York

A small water cost $4. Is that the typical price in NYC? I understand that businesses need to stay afloat, but I think he charged me for a large water. When I asked about it, he said the large one is $4, so I requested to go get the large one instead, and he told me no, that it actually costs $5. Additionally, my everything bagel had just one poppy seed

Terrible service! I’ll definitely avoid this place, even though I live right next door!

I attempted to place a pickup order, but they hung up on me, insisting I wouldn't actually come to pick it up. What kind of business behaves this way? It's extremely unprofessional, and I did not appreciate the attitude I encountered.

My go-to bagel place every weekend! The service is always super quick and the bagels are great. A lot better than the more well known bagel places in the neighborhood.

If I could give this so called NYC Bagel restaurant ZERO stars I would. This is the 3rd time they messed up my order. It was very simple: LOX, CREAM CHEESE, ONIONS AND TOMATO. Instead received lox, NO cream cheese, LETTUCE instead of onions. This is the WORST so called bagel place I have ever used. How difficult is this order? Don 't use this business for bagel sandwiches.
