Wendy's - City of Olean

Everything was great, but the chicken sandwich was served on a regular breakfast sandwich bun instead of the croissant I requested, and it didn't come with the Maple Honey Butter Spread. I appreciated the partial refund they provided.

The burgers were burnt, and this is the second time it's happened. I won't be ordering from there again.

Delicious as always! The burger and fries were hot, almost too hot to eat at first. But thats good, thats what you want! Absolutely no complaints :

We ordered coke and we were given a cherry coke. Both sandwiches were tasty

I was really disappointed with my recent visit. The Crispy Chicken BLT Biggie Bag sandwich didn't even have any bacon in it. The Chili Cheese Fries were poorly presented; the chili was only on one side of the dish and there was hardly any of it. The flavor was terrible and didn't taste like chili at all, plus all the fries were ice cold. The Loaded Nacho Cheeseburger Combo sandwich was burnt, which was another letdown. On the bright side, the Pineapple Mango Lemonade was decent—just a little sour, but enjoyable. However, the overall experience was marred by how poorly the order was packed; the food was just tossed into the bag without any care, and they didn't even seal it.
