I stopped going there a year ago because I was tired of constantly getting my order wrong, and I've been driving 15 minutes instead of just 3 to get a better cup. However, today, in a rush with my kids, I decided to give Oneida another chance. What a mistake! It was absolutely awful. I had to go inside to correct my order, and instead of fixing it, they handed me an even worse coffee. There was no apology or any acknowledgment from the staff. The customer service is lacking, and the coffee is genuinely the worst I've ever tasted. I took one sip and had to spit it out—it was that bad. I just can't believe they can't find anyone to make coffee properly. It's really not worth it.

They never get my order right. Coffee always tastes old and burnt. I avoid this location at all times
Went inside to order to avoid the drive thru line. Once someone came over to help, they left as soon as I placed order and someone else came.over and took order again, then for 10 minutes I just sat there wasn't advised why I was waiting. Apparently had some malfunction , then once they figured out how to use register, it took forever for my 2 wraps. Also, they don't do any 2 for 1 deals on wraps or sandwiches so I was gouged for my order would have cancelled if there was any communication or prices posted. First and Last visit
As a former employee and occasional customer, I can confidently say that the manager maintains a high standard of operation and genuinely cares about the quality and cleanliness of the establishment.
