My favorite place for lunch whenever I’m in Poughkeepsie is this restaurant. I always order the short-rib grilled cheese, and it’s absolutely divine! The atmosphere is laid-back, and the restaurant is consistently bustling. When I visited on a Monday at 3 PM, it was still about 70% full! Despite the crowd, my food came out quickly, piping hot and just as delicious as ever. They prioritize fresh ingredients in every dish, and I’ve never had a disappointing meal here. It’s conveniently located right next to the Walkway over the Hudson. You can leave the café, turn left, and take the stairs directly to the entrance of the Walkway. Make sure to stop by, and if you plan on coming during busy lunch hours, it's wise to place your order ahead of time. You can always take your meal to-go and enjoy it by the Hudson River on Marist’s campus, which is just a five-minute drive away.

They are friendly and attentive to every customers; no judgement here. It gets really busy and pickup orders are insane. They are right next to one of the entrance to walk way over the Hudson. Whenever, I come this way, I make a pit stop to pick up something. I personally like their homestyle wraps, Thai spicy peanut salad <bring home a quart or two... ... fries...I like every thing I have tried here.

I've had nothing but excellent and flavorful main courses at this restaurant. The chefs really know their craft. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the side dishes are a bit lacking—except for the fries and peanut noodles, which are quite good. My favorite item so far has been the Red Fox wrap. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys a café-style lunch.

Lola's burger was perfect as it's. Peanut noodles was a nice addition, I didn't miss the fries at all. The staff was very nice and friendly.

I finally got to check this place out, we weren't disappointed at all. The sandwiches were really good and the woman at the counter was friendly and very helpful. Definitely try their pad Thai, it's creamy and delicious.
