Subway - City of Rochester

Every time I went to this place, it was fast and pleasant. The staff I met were always attentive and personal. I have even changed into a few times, just want to get my food without the little conversation due to my mood and not want to hear another “how is ur day going?”..after with him all day! But the pleasant smile, followed by a compliment, joke, fast vent history always brings me chatting! It's like jass, breath of fresh air. U get me from a food service worker to another) lol

To the young lady with purple hair who prepared our food, you are amazing! I came in to pick up an order, and I saw her working alone. She managed multiple orders with poise and care while working quickly. It's impressive to see that even with a shortage of staff, high-quality customer service is still being delivered.

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant! The young lady with the long braid provided outstanding service and made sure my meal was perfect, even while managing everything on her own during a busy rush. I would rate it a 10/10 and will definitely ask for her when I return!

I would rate this restaurant 5 stars primarily because our host was exceptionally polite. She welcomed us warmly and took great care in making our experience enjoyable. There was plenty of parking available right outside, and it wasn't crowded at all. We were able to sit down for a quick meal without any hassle. The customer service was excellent overall.
