Subway - City of Saratoga Springs

I got two subs and four cookies. One of the subs had hair in it. My husband couldn't even eat his. Really

I was pregnant and had an emergency I had an infection) and I needed to use the bathroom. They keep the bathrooms locked at this location. I was doubling over in agony begging for the key! One employee she had a crewcut) was super rude and said I needed to buy food first. The other employee took pity upon me and gave me the key. Well, the next day I went into preterm labor. My baby was born 3 months early and spent 2 months in the NICU. I definitely do NOT recommend this Subway!!!!

Employees were incredibly short with us and rude. It really shows that they don't like their job... Food was also less than desirable.

I really enjoy the the variety of tasty food that you offer!

One woman there I'll was was really nice and did her best to make our food. However I think she got distracted by the manager(I'm guessing)because we got 2 BLT but there was no lettuce and tomato.Just Bacon and little mayo. Bacon was put on bread raw and put into the oven for a minute when we wanted it toasted too but it was not.
