We just love this place! Fabulous food and service. Very friendly staff ready to seat you with a smile. Fun to look at the unique items for sale while you wait. Wonderful menu too. I had chicken salad on a thin waffle today, it was the best I’ve ever eaten! Located in the charming and historic town of Ballston Spa, I highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed!

Awesome first experience, if you’re craving a waffle this is the place to be! Perfect waffle, with fresh berries and real maple syrup. Mmm so good. Great prices, oh and they have a good cup of coffee. I like the mug it’s a good size. Very nice atmosphere inside. A bit loud but that’s because they are busy. Not a bad thing.

I loved this little place set in the quaint little village of Ballston Spa. I always get eggs and bacon, but decided to try the waffle instead. The bacon was nicely done and the waffle was delicious just enough to be full, but not overly so. Thought the decor was cool, there's a little shop area in front to browse through while you wait to order at the counter. The waitstaff brings your meal when it's ready. Everyone friendly and smiling something I like to see in the morning. Coffee was nice and strong, enjoyed my cup of joe while waiting.
