Pies Guys Pizzeria - City of Syracuse

Delicious easy dinner. I called ahead and ordered over the phone for 5pm and the food was ready right on time. We love their sheet pizza! We got a sheet cheese pizza and 2 orders of char grilled wings for $60. Wings were delicious and had a nice grilled flavor. I really liked that the man was very transparent about the prices over the phone and told me the wings are expensive. They were about $15 for 10 which is probably standard right now. Worth it! His customer service was good and he even totaled my order which is something not every establishment will do and rush to hang up on you. Thanks for an easy dinner and leftovers. Parking: There are usually spots off James street, to the right of the restaurant.

I don't know what to say. I've never given a 1 star to a pizza place before. It feels kind of dirty inside the place. I over heard the workers complaining about the prices of other things on the menu, while I waited for my pick up order for 2 18 pizzas, which came to $65 with the seemingly mandatory tip. It's not a terrible price if the ingredients were premium but they definitely were not considering I had to vomit everything I ate 2 hours after I ate. I've never had a worse pizza experience and this place needs to shape up or get out.

The customer service here is truly exceptional however, the personal hygiene is a great put off and disappointment.

Ordered delivery like many times before and it had always come fast. Was told an hour wait on the phone but it usually comes faster. Waited an hour and a half and pizza had still not arrived. Called to check on status of pizza and was told by the woman on the phone that she lost the order ticket. She did not apologies but offered to remake the food and give $10 off but we still had to wait another hour. Her tone was very rude on the phone. Ended up cancelling the order and making food at home.

Ordered delivery on a Wednesday for their Pizza Deal along with some wings... Everything was hot and fresh and arrived early! Plus they followed my instructions about how I like my wings. Thanks for the perfect food!!!
