Contribuisci feedbackMistake #1 Going to any local eatery when Paul McCartney is playing nearby that evening. Most places had long lines which we equated to decent food. Mistake #2 Going to this particular establishment. Unfortunately, the long line wasn 't because of good food. The line was long due to the inane ordering process. The same gentleman would take an order or two, pay him and then he got involved with something else while other customers waited to order. Mistake #3 Ordering the pizza at this Pizza House. This was absolutely the worst pizza I have ever had. I 've gotten better pizza at Little Caesars, a long time ago. It was dry, overcooked, had very little cheese, and had an odd taste. Unfortunately, we were hungry, in a pinch, and after waiting 45 minutes, short on time. I cannot comment on the other food served at this place but, as I look back, most people had ordered something other than pizza. Lesson learned.
I never heard of this place it was my 1st time going there and to be honest it was not only good pizza but the best pizza and wings I have ever had I wish I had known about this place before cause I would have been going there instead of those other places I’m not from syracuse I have only lived here for about 7yrs and never knew this place existed and I loved it the people there were amazing very nice the pizza and wings I got were amazing again I wish I had known about this place before hand and I found out that they are going to be closing which is sad cause you don’t find many places like this with excellent service and amazing food
I hope this place is officially closed, if it isn't DON'T GO THERE. THEY completely ripped me off big time.They overcharged my card and I literally just discovered it 5 minutes ago as I was going through my bookkeeping and bank statements.I had a salad and a slice of pizza and they charged my account for $43.49 and two $2.50 transaction charges for a total of $48.49. FOR ONE PERSON, was a rip off. This business is not only poorly run but they will rip you off.I didn't get a receipt either so I did not catch the overcharge when it happened they were conveniently having problems with their machines. TOTAL SCUMBAG MOVE and they should be closed permanently.DO NOT GO THERE, crooks.
We placed an order through GrubHub, because GrubHub said they were still open, as did their website, but we get here to pick it up, and the building is pitch dark! So now I have to fight with GrubHub customer service to get our money back! Unreal!
Lots of no so nice reviews. But I was a parkview hotel and no places were open in a Sunday. Even know I seen the bad reviews I ordered from them anyway. I was surprised, it was pretty good, I wouldn't at all say they aren't good, the pizza was very tasteful and good ingredients. I enjoyed it! And I travel extensively for my job and I am a pizza connoisseur, I know what I am talking about!! Don't let the reviews through you off from ordering here!! You won't regret it!!
