Franco's Pizza - City of Tonawanda

This was one of the best pizzas we have had in a long time. We had a cheese pepperoni and a white pizza. Both were delicious! Parking: Lots of close spots

The wait is worth it, 10/10 bbq boneless wings and cheese pep pizza, also comes with fries #chefkiss ps. Needs more parking spots though Parking: Limited spots, maybe 20, on the Niagara falls Blvd side, there is a side street you can park on if it's full

My husband went to pick up2 subs 30 minutes after ordering online. He watched a worker clean a counter then throw the cloth on top of our rolls. My husband saw this requested new sandwiches he had steak and i had royal they were supposed to be baked they were cold. We order there frequently and this was the worst.

We had an issue with our order, I called to correct the issue and the people working were so pleasant and helpful! They made it right in what I felt was going above and beyond. Top notch customer service!

I am obsessed with the traditional white. This time I had company who likes cheese pizza so I ordered a regular pizza along with traditional white for me . They are now converts it was so delicious
