They need less lazy staffUpdate, tried them again and was put on hold for 15mins to be hung up on while the phone was left on the side and you could hear staff flirting. This place is only getting worse, and who still has a minimum on credit and debt cards still? $15 is ridiculous
Ive been coming to them for years, and they have fallen in quality. They hide the ingredients under the cheese so there's no way to verify the contents of how much you are receiving until you get home.No delivery person available at all although they advertise it.The subs, you have to take half the meat off before it becomes possible to eat. Low veggies high meats. Very sloppy to eat.I've been disappointed too many times. Parking: Maybe 6 slots of parking, then you're on your own.
Called to place an order for pick up, and literally 3 mins later called back to slightly change it, and was told they can 't change an order once it 's been placed, I then asked to cancel it if that 's the case and was told I can 't cancel it either, fine I 'll pick it up. As soon as I was dobe talking with the girl, a guy from Franco 's calls back yelling, (without even stating his name) the pizza is already cooking, if you don 't pick up we 'll flag you number and you won 't be able order again . I highly doubt the pizza was already cooking, and that 's not how you talk to your customers. I 've been ordering a lot from you, but this might be my last order.
The place was okay. The food is of good size for the price. The Gold BBQ wings tasted quite nice. I wish they had available outlets though. I needed to charge a laptop during a long trip and was banking on a sit-down restaurant to have like... at least *one* open outlet where I could charge it, y 'know? This is a situation I 've never encountered before. That itself would be fine, if highly unusual, but then I asked if maybe I could plug it in somewhere out back. Felt like a reasonable solution to me. But when I asked an employee, they said they 'd take it and do it themselves in an especially rude tone. I declined as I wasn 't comfortable giving my computer to someone who would talk that way. I also don 't believe I 've ever visited a restaurant that charges extra for dipping sauce. Is this normal? The place just felt dirty too. I swear the men 's room didn 't even have soap.
Took forever, can barely understand when ordering and were quick to hang up with zer friendliness . ordered at 5:30 it’s 7 and still hadn’t received food .
