Moe's Southwest Grill - City of Utica

I've been visiting this restaurant since my college days, and the food quality has always been consistently excellent. The ingredients are always fresh, and the menu items hit the mark every time. The Homewrecker burritos come with generous portions. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and creates a relaxed atmosphere. The place is always clean, which is a big plus. My only complaint is that the Coke machine frequently doesn't have the options I'm looking for. The salsas are always fresh and have just the right amount of spice for dipping with chips. Overall, this place is fantastic!

The staff is very friendly, and the design of the restaurant is open and spacious, so even when it's crowded, there's still plenty of room. The wait is typically around 15 to 20 minutes. I'm a big fan of the queso cheese and chips! While the prices are a bit on the higher side, the Monday burrito deal is a great value.

This place is the ultimate destination for Mexican and Southwestern chain restaurant cuisine. My boyfriend and I have visited twice in one week, and each time we've ordered the same dishes because they were so incredibly delicious that we weren't ready to explore anything else. However, I assure you we plan to return frequently, and we will eventually branch out and try other items on the menu.

The staff at this location are just amazing! We had good food and friendly service during our visit. Then they contacted us 3 hours later to let us know they found my husband's phone. Since we were already so far away their general manager was kind enough to mail it to our home! Can't say enough about how grateful we are. Great experience all around and now I have yet another vacation story to give my husband a hard time about.
