The wait once we were seated was extremely long. It took a little longer to place our order (approx. 10 min after seating but still sort of acceptable). It happens and we understand. We place our order and continue waiting for our food for 45/50 min. What made us give only the 2 stars for service was our waitress was no where to be found after taking our order and bringing our drinks. Our drinks were empty and we were not able to ask for refill nor were we offered refills while waiting for our food. Just not good service. The food finally arrives and it was just sad. My daughter’s fried chicken was severely burned.. like dark chocolate burned. The table next to us had also fried chicken but their chicken was golden crispy. My husband’s country fried steak was severely undercooked and blue in the center. After we addressed it with the waitress, she tried to explain that the country fried steak is not raw but well seasoned with Ketchup. At that moment we ask for the manager. The manager took both meals off our check, even though we offered d pay for the fried chicken. We only asked the country fried steak to me removed from our bill. The manager did well and tried very hart to please us.Not the best food or service, matter of fact the worst amongst all Cracker Barrel’s we’ be been to.
This experience was awesome. Our waitress, Kelly was amazing and the food was excellent.Parking: Can find a spot easily.
I'm from Middle Tennessee and grew up eating at the original Cracker Barrel. What I experienced last night was a far cry from that. See attached photo: left side shows what beef noodle soup is supposed to look like, right side shows what we were served, cold.
The waitress was late on serving or food or fruit was
